"Account Suspended" notice
If you encounter a notice on any of our domains saying "Account Suspended", it's almost certainly a legacy hosting and domain name issue. We relocated to new servers in February 2010, but still kept our former hosting accounts in place to ensure that there were no domain delegation problems.
We closed those accounts at the end of July 2010 and we're now discovering that some download links in redirection scripts are still redirecting to the old host servers. Unfortunately, until we know which domains and which links are affected, its a practical impossibility for us to trace and test every possible configuration.
So if you encounter this notice after clicking a download or other link for a product or service, etc, please make a note of the link location and URL and notify us here using a Help Desk request. We'll fix it promptly and send you a thank-you gift for letting us know.
